I highly recommend DJO Home Cleaning to anyone in the Charlotte area! I sent Alex an email late Friday evening asking if I could schedule something on short notice as I was having company in town in a few days. Alex responded within a few hours giving me all of the information I had requested, along with a detailed breakdown of what's included in the standard cleaning and optional add-on services. I decided to book the standard cleaning for that Monday, but then emailed Alex last minute on Monday morning to ask about adding on an additional service (organization) and he said it was no problem. I left my keys at the front desk of my apartment building so they could clean while I was at work. When I got home, as soon as I opened the door I could immediately see and smell a difference! The apartment is spotless, and I am so grateful for their help with organizing my space. I live in a studio with one small closet, so it is a constant task trying to keep it tidy and organized. Ever since the holidays, clutter has been slowly piling up and I have been stressed about not having the time to take care of it and truly do a good deep clean.
