Good cleaning companies are hard to find! One company had a good team but the owner had problems scheduling. That was not workable for us. Another refused to send two people and only sends one person. Also not workable for us. Some are way over priced. We have had maid service for last 10 years on west coast. Just moved here. Finally it seems we have the right company! Stephanie is the company liaison. Stephanie is very professional and very responsive to all communications. That's important for us. Check that box. No problem for them to send a team of two. My wife wanted two females both bilingual Spanish & English and Stephanie was able to accommodate our request. Check that box. Lea & Linda were wonderful. A pleasure to have them in our home. Both hardworking and very detail oriented. Check that box. Scheduling issue? None! Again Stephanie is on top of it! Check that box. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and an active baby, so you can imagine the filth my home has seen. Its just got out of hand for me, and I really needed help. I'm so happy I found DJO. They sent two fantastic ladies who worked solidly for 5 hours on my home, and it wasn't even this clean when we moved in. Everything shines, it smells amazing, and I could just feel the tension in my body drain when I saw my glass shower door. Y'all, I have tried everything, and I just couldn't get that film off. It looks like brand new glass. And I don't know what trick they used to pull up all my lab's hair from the carpets, but even my Miele vacuum never got them this clean. DJO made me understand that cleaning is a skill, and they are masters of the trade.

The team from DJO home cleaning did a fantastic job on my 100 year old dustbin! White and black checkerboard floors were no match for them - and I walked into a pristine kitchen and sparkling clean bathrooms. They removed all items from the countertops when cleaning and dusted everywhere! Other services I’ve worked with typically don’t.
Additionally, they were extremely courteous; I work from home and am in meetings most of they day. They saved noisy work (vacuuming etc) for when I wasn’t on a call without me asking - very appreciative of their awareness!
